This page explains how to have your personal data removed from Revvast Labs, including any data received from Meta (Facebook) or TikTok. The platform is operated by COMPASS QUALITATIVE RESEARCH, INC. (Little Rock, AR, United States), the data controller for your personal data.
Option 1: Email request
- Send an email to support@revvast.com from the email address associated with your Revvast account.
- Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and state that you want your personal data deleted.
We will confirm your request and delete your account data — including profile information, connected advertising account identifiers, authorization tokens, and associated workspace data — within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Option 2: Remove the app in your Facebook settings
If you signed in with Facebook, you can revoke our access directly:
- In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find the Revvast app and click Remove.
This immediately revokes our access to your Facebook data. To also delete the data we already hold, submit an email request as described in Option 1.
What gets deleted
- Your user account: name, email, and credentials.
- Data received from Meta (Facebook): app-scoped user ID, name, and email address.
- Connected-platform data: ad account, business, and page identifiers, and authorization tokens.
- Workspace data associated with your account.
